About this house rental
Playa de Sueño is a gorgeous brand new three-bedroom, two-bath home with accommodations for eight guests. The house is located just at the entrance of Las Conchas and is within walking distance to the beach with very easy access. The house is inside a gated community with 24hr security. As soon as you enter through the door you will feel just as comfortable as being at home. The upstairs living room is very spacious with a comfortable L-shaped couch and a couple of comfy chairs. Enjoy a nice movie with your favorite app personal login on the smart flat screen television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a nice meal. The beautiful antique dining table is right by the kitchen, and it easily accommodates four guests.
Sit out on the second-floor patio and enjoy the view of the ocean while you enjoy time with your fellow guests. The snail staircase on the patio takes you to the rooftop patio and outdoor kitchen. Using the built-in charcoal grill, you can enjoy a homemade meal, or instead of cooking, enjoy a delicious meal from a local restaurant, some drinks, and great company all while enjoying the beautiful birds-eye view of the ocean.
Guests also have free access to the neighboring sister-community's pool. There are three pools available as well as covered grilling and picnic areas.
Owners have provided a wagon to make it easier to get your belongings down to the beach, or the provided beach towels and chairs. Indoor activities include puzzles, books, and some toys for kids, and board games on the rare times it rains. Owner book also provides suggestions for restaurants and places to go.
