This house was very unique. It is obviously well loved. Bill was communicative and there were good instructions left for us. Only thing not in the listing was the RV parked in the driveway that has someone living in it. We felt safe and did not ask questions, but would be good to note.

William was very attentive and was always available to talk to at any moment. He left at some silverware for our kids and a playpen for the baby. We were grateful for his place.

For our purposes, the location was very close to family. The Owner was attentive to all our questions and requests and immediately replied.
The location was roomy for additional family to visit and an enjoyable backyard for nice weather.
