Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms
3 bedrooms with comfortable accommodations for a total of 8 people.
The fourth bedroom is set up as a cozy lounge area with a pull-out sleeper sofa, to accommodate another 2 people, for a total of 8.
2-car garage for your vehicle.
Guest Access:
You will be given move-in instructions by text approximately 10 days prior to your arrival, in addition to the day of your arrival.
Other Things to Note:
This is a single-family house that every guest will have 100% to themselves!

We booked pelican point after speaking and emailing with Lars. He is professional, helpful and knowledgeable.Pelican point is a beautiful home on the. Waterway.Exceptionally clean in a fantastic location.I could live there.The home is very well equipped.I travel with my daughter, who has cerebral palsy and a wheelchair user.We found the property almost perfect for her needs, one small step into home. Good size rooms. Level access to the pool area.Only down side is the very narrow door into bathroom, which had a fabulous walk in level access shower.

We stayed for a week at the Pelican Point and the house was awesome! It was clean and well equipped in a quiet neighborhood close to all the stores and the beach. We would definitely rent it again!

Stunning geographic location with memorable view; although close to all forms of entertainment/recreation, we felt as if we resided in an "island like" enclave. Kudos to the property manager & to the owners. A wonderful property!
