Enter through the secure gate into the private driveway. Complimentary private parking for five cars (two in the garage, three outdoors) awaits. Step-free access leads from the parking area to the main living spaces. The villa spans multiple levels, and the pool area is reached by stairs, so full wheelchair access is not available. One ground-floor bedroom offers easy entry for guests with reduced mobility.

The coastal road to the village of Sivota is 3.5 km, passing seaside tavernas, cafés, supermarkets, souvenir shops, and a pharmacy. Great place to stay lovely pool area and house. Be mindful the access road is not fantastic and you really want an suv. But a great place and would stay again.

The villa is excellent, well equipped, luxurious and with the most incredible view!
There are only two negatives; 1. The access drive is long and very rough…not suitable for a regular car and not sensibly within walking distance to Sivota. 2. The electric supply is unreliable…the villa is currently off-grid so the electric is from solar with a back up generator. In theory, great…in reality, it’s just not reliable.
However, the villa manager, Barbara, is truly superb…the best we have ever dealt with, any problems were dealt with extremely efficiently. To the point whereby, the electric cut off at 1am…we messaged Barbara to see if there was a trip switch somewhere, she arrived within 15 minutes and fixed the problem…unbelievable service. Without Barbara, the issues with the electric would have really annoyed us but she made it bearable.
We will return to the villa; apparently the electric issue is being resolved shortly with a mains supply connection and there are plans afoot to improve the access drive…with these two issues resolved, it’s the best villa around by far. That, coupled with the service provided by Barbara, it will be a difficult place to beat.
