Guests will have access to one off-street parking space on our grounds.
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Place was convenient. Overall it was a little on the dirty side. I pulled two plates out of the cabinet and both had left over food on them, no one has dusted on top of the fridge or dryer. The wallpaper is also peeling off the wall and you can see where the AC has leaked in the living room and straight down the wall onto the photo. Oh there is also mold in one of the closest, only seen it because I used the broom.. Place needs some TLC for sure.

This was a wonderful place to stay! I have stayed at Lucky Savannah’s properties before, so I was confident everything would be clean and comfortable. I was not disappointed. I love the location and started every morning with a walk by the river, which is beautiful. I also walked to restaurants and enjoyed that as well. I would totally recommend this place to a friend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

While the location was nice, parking was good and house was roomy the cleanliness of the house was lacking. The dishes in the cabinets had food on most. The bed sheets had stains on them. The walls were stained with water damage from the AC along with the art on the wall bellow it. The bed and couch were both uncomfortable as well. When asked for feedback about the room feedback was given and other than confirmation in return that was about all I got. Not new sheets or anything.
