Whether by the pool or in the arcade, this gem guarantees an unforgettable vacation.
Pool maintenance- Please take note that our pool is scheduled for maintenace and cleaning every Wednesday first thing in the morning. Our pool maintenance staff goes to the backyard through our sidegate so you don't have to answer the door. It would not take him 30 minutes to finish and you may enjoy the pool right away once he's done!
Located in a quiet neighborhood, there are endless restaurants, shopping and activities to do within a 15 minute drive. The American River is only a couple miles away.
The entire property will be available for guests to use.

Was doing a college tour for teenagers. They loved the bunk room. Great stay. Easy check in. Fit our groups needs.

The time in the backyard was very nice. We had one 3 year old with us (grandchild) and felt safe around the pool. The pools was cold so we did not use it. But we enjoyed the hot-tub. Very nice place to be with our family which include myself, my husband, two adult sons, their spouses and one little person. We had everything we needed.

We were in Sacramento for a family wedding and this was the perfect place for us to be together between the wedding festivities.

The house is great for large groups. While the hosts were friendly and polite, they were inadequate communicators. They never responded to a request to arrive an hour early (so we could check in before attending a family function - so we went to the event and arrived in the dark, during a storm), they didn't leave any lights on, and they gave us the wrong entry code for the front door. Understandably, this was extremely stressful. The hosts were not responsive to requests to solve the problem until after I called VRBO hot-line. And they never apologized for the trouble and stress. I will not rent with them again.
