This semi-detached cottage is situated near Kenmare, overlooking Kenmare Bay, in County Kerry with three bedrooms accommodating six people.
Kenmare Bay Cottage is a semi-detached holiday home, situated one mile from Kenmare, overlooking Kenmare Bay, in County Kerry. The cottage is in a perfect situation for friends and families exploring the Ring of Kerry and the Wild Atlantic Way. This cottage has three bedrooms, including one with an en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom and a separate WC downstairs. The kitchen, dining area and a sitting area are open plan with an open fire and outside is a lawned garden with a patio and a picnic bench. To the front of the property is a large communal lawn and off road parking, while a short walk takes you to the shores of Kenmare Bay. Kenmare Bay Cottage is a lovely property in a truly beautiful location. Please note: This property has a 4 night minimum stay
Amenities: Electric storage heaters with open fire. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Saorview, DVD, CD/radio. Power charged via meter reading. First €25 of power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with patio and furniture, plus front communal lawn. Sorry, no pets and smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: A path from the front garden leads to the edge of Kenmare Bay, children to be supervised at all times. Please note this property requires a €50 security deposit to be paid on arrival. Please note: This property has a 4 night minimum stay

The accommodation was as advertised the property manager Peter was very responsive to a small problem we had with the dryer
the location was superb wonderful views Apart from The need for more efficient cleaning of the property I would give it five stars
