About this house rental
Enjoy the space, comfort, and amenities of home, in this family friendly community with seasonal community pool (closed Oct 9, 2023 - May 31, 2024), small charcoal BBQ grill, full sized washer/dryer. Flex room downstairs can serve as a stepless bedroom or office.
We strive to make this home, a home, away from home. You can expect to find all of the commonly used furnishing staples here, that you would at your own home, and an upgraded double oven with convection/air fryer capability for the foodie at heart. For those challenged by stairs, there is a front bedroom (with full sized bed), that is step free, and it can also make for a versatile home office space. A full bathroom w/tub is located downstairs between the front bedroom and the rear bedroom. The rear bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed. The large upstairs bedroom, with private full bathroom (with tub), is furnished with a twin over full sized bunk bed, 50" Vizio smart tv and PS4 gaming system to provide plenty of escape and entertainment for all.
Enjoy the entire home. Back yard is fully fenced providing a nice private area to let Fido run or enjoy the rocking chairs during cooler temperatures.

Property was perfect for our needs. Placed us close to family as well as St Mary's town which was beautiful.
Owner was very attentive on the couple times we reached out.
Because we have family in the area, we will very likely use this property again.

This place is close to everything. The property is nice and cozy. We had a great time. Sammy was great he answered all of our questions we had before our stay.

Family of 4 visiting adult children in Kingsland. This unit was perfect for us. Enough space for comfortable sleeping. Location close to all activities. Short drive to Jacksonville. Clean and quiet neighborhood.
