About this house rental
Our place is a family, kids & pet friendly, newly upgraded interior & yards around the house. We are 1 mile away from University of Redlands, few miles away from Loma Linda University & Hospital, Loma Linda VA Hospital, Redlands Community Hospital and shopping areas. Our property has a big front and side yards with playground and two free level 2 EV chargers (Tesla & other). For other EV cars, make sure to bring different 220v adapter configurations to match your car. Perfect for big family.

Property was clean. Large yard space. Quiet. There was an unusual smell in the largest bedroom in one location. Seemed to be coming from under the floor. Otherwise everything was as advertised.

My son and daughter in law live right around the corner from the house so it was the ideal place for my other son and his girlfriend and me and my husband to stay during our holiday visit. My younger son brought his dogs who had a wonderful time enjoying running around the yard. It was a great gathering spot for us to have meals, play games, and enjoy each other’s company. It was centrally located for everything in Redlands. The place was clean, well organized, and the host was extremely attentive in communicating through messages and the copious amount of labels on everything in the house.One caution is that the side yard has goat head or devil head weeds and one got stuck in one of the dog’s paw, but other than that, everything was great! This will be our first choice for future family gatherings.

Nice, well kept home. Plenty of room outside to relax. Close to downtown and restaurants. Neighborhood not the fanciest but safe. Host did a great job communicating everything from check in to property details.
