About this villa rental
Sunburst Villa is a beautiful home which has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The Villa sits on a high coral cliff right by the stunning Bottom Bay beach on the South East coastline of Barbados.
The Villa has 2 double - ensuite bedrooms, both having access to a great sized patio with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. The 3rd bedroom also has an ensuite with twin single beds. An additional bathroom is downstairs. This stylish property is perfect for families or a romantic getaway.
As you enter Sunburst Villa you walk into a spacious open plan living and dining area. Three sets of French doors open out to a fabulous covered patio - offering another large dining table and chairs.
The view is spectacular. The sparkling swimming pool & decking area will match your eye & beyond to the beautiful azure Ocean View.
This home provides plenty of private relaxation spaces for everyone - from dining & chilling altogether - to finding alone space to read a book.
The open plane living area ha sa staircase up to a landing area with high gabled ceilings giving a spacious airy feel.
All 3 bedrooms with ensuite, AC and TV's. 2 of the bedroom suites lead out to a covered terrace with sunchairs offering views of the Atlantic Ocean. The terrace attracts the balmy tropical breeze - perfect to chill, reflect and relax.
Please note, Sunburst is located on a tranquil and peaceful development in a rustic area of St Philip. The stunning Bottom Bay beach a 5 minute stroll, plenty of hiking walks nearby. However there is no nearby nightlife. There are a selection of restaurants and eateries withing a 7 to 12 minute drive from the development. A hired vehicle is strongly recommended in this quiet area.

Excellent communication with Lorraine and Jan. Check in was very easy and our early arrival and late check out was accommodated with no problem. Very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nice peaceful area. Being on the east side meant a lovely breeze kept the temperature very pleasant. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

The property is just as described and depicted in the photos. It is located in a quiet residential area away from the tourist centres yet not far from shops and good restaurants. You definitely need a car. It is well equipped and has plenty of very comfortable seating in the living room which is often not provided in self catering properties. Lorraine was very helpful prior to our arrival and Jan is excellent as the manager of the villa, any minor issues were dealt with very swiftly. We really enjoyed our stay and intend to return !

Beautiful location, an ocean view and a very quick walk to the beach. The villa was exactly as described.
