Enjoy cool ocean breezes plus AC if needed. Each unit includes its own washer and dryer for added convenience and comfort during your stay.

While our priority is to insure you enjoy your stay, we ask that you please respect our home and our neighbors.
The home is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood near a golf course and just down the street from the Rip Curl store. A bar located across the street offers a fun option for music and drinks if you’re looking for a night out.
****Please note: The home is located NEXT to the I-5 freeway, which provides convenient access to surrounding areas but may result in some traffic noise.
Many nearby hotels and vacation rentals are located on this same street.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note:
Minimum booking age: 25
Check-in: After 4 PM (self check-in)
Check-out: By 10:30 AM
Late checkout without approval: $50 fee
No smoking (smoking fee $300)
No parties or events
Fireplace is not available for guest use
Please do not place unwashed sandy beach towels in the dryer
Furniture and décor must be returned to original placement (rearranging fee $150)
Additional fees may apply for excessive sand, stained or missing linens, or damage to household items.

We needed a place for a wedding week, which would house 12 adults in a minimum of 6 bedrooms. After reading reviews, we settled on this property. Our guests were traveling from 5 different states so having a seamless stay was important. Communication with the hosts, gave us peace of mind. Check in was a breeze. Concerns were handled quickly. Location is convenient. Property was spotless. We will definitely rent this property again.
