The newly built Casa Kenca vacation home, completed in 2023, is an idyllic retreat located just north of the pueblo of Tijarafe.

Casa Kenca invites you to enjoy a wonderful vacation as a couple, with friends, or with family, offering many amenities that promise comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable memories.

With a heated private pool, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, this very well-equipped, light-filled vacation home is ideal for 2 people, but can also accommodate up to 4.



Casa Kenca:

The entrance to the house is on the mountainside. There’s also a nice little seating area here with a bistro table. The spacious, light-filled living room forms the heart of the house.
It is divided into 3 areas: on the left is a comfortable sofa with a coffee table, and in front of it is a small seating area with 2 armchairs and a side table. Two large glass doors lead out to the covered terrace.
For those who need to stay connected even while on vacation, there is a very fast internet connection as well as a small workspace with an office chair.

On the right, the dining table seats four people. On the wall is a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Against the back wall, the fully equipped kitchenette invites you to prepare delicious meals even while on vacation: it features an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A wide selection of dishes and cooking utensils rounds out the amenities.

Casa Kenca features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a French double bed and the other with two single beds. Large closets with sliding doors ensure that your vacation wardrobe is well accommodated.
From both bedrooms, you can enjoy the view of the sea first thing in the morning.

The modern bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.

With full air conditioning (heating and cooling) in both bedrooms and the living room, you’ll always enjoy a comfortable indoor climate.
