About this apartment rental
Very nice Haussmannian family apartment of 220m² on the 5th floor with beautiful reception rooms, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large balcony all along the façade (view of the Eiffel Tower). Air-conditioned.
Reception rooms: a large entrance opens onto a double living room (45m²) and a large dining room (30m²) which can also be a beautiful coworking space;
Beautiful Haussmannian decorations: parquet floors, moldings, fireplaces and a rare painted window in the dining room.
The east-facing kitchen allows you to have breakfast in the sun.
The rooms are spacious: 2 rooms of 25m², one of 20m², one of 15m².
Very comfortable apartment, completely renovated in 2023. Very bright, on the 5th floor, with a large balcony to the west. Backing onto the Parc Monceau, one of the most beautiful parks in Paris, whose trees can be seen, it is ideal for visiting Paris or working there: close to the Champs Elysées (10 minutes from the hotel) and the metro at Courcelles station (2 minutes)
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire trip. The property itself was beautiful and perfectly located—close to so many highlights in Paris, with a lovely park just behind the building where our children enjoyed playing every evening.A special highlight was stepping out onto the balcony and seeing the top of the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night—it truly felt magical. We traveled with our three young boys, and the home was exceptionally accommodating for families. There were toys for the children to enjoy, and a crib was thoughtfully provided for our youngest.We loved our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris, especially families.

We stayed in this apartment for over a week for the Olympics, and very much enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms and communal areas are spacious and bright, which was perfect for our family as a place to wind down and relax after a long day of sporting events and sight-seeing. It is conveniently located next to multiple subway lines, the beautiful park, multiple nice restaurants and cafes, and walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysees. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Overall definitely recommend!
