Your holiday Spain present this 3 bedroom duplex apartment, set in a quiet residential area of San Cayetano.
San Cayetano is a quaint village in the region of Murcia here you will find a small selection of traditional Spanish bars a local shops as well as a hardware store. 15 minutes by car will take you to the beaches of Lo Pagan and San Pedro Del Pinatar, where you will find some of the most beautiful beaches and attractions in the area such as the salt lakes and mud baths, as well as a vast array of bars and restaurants.
The duplex apartment is on the second floor without lift. Inside you will find a comfortable living area, with access to a large south facing terrace overlooking the children’s park. Also on this level is an independent fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom, and the first of three bedrooms.
Upstairs is the master suite, with access to a large south facing terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, a house bathroom and a further twin bedroom.
