Nestled in the Windmark neighborhood near the Forgotten Coast, with a community pool, beach access, and multiple bike paths and boardwalks, this home is ideally located for a relaxing beach vacation. With beach access only a 4-minute drive away, guests will love these pet-friendly accommodations!
Entering this airy home, guests immediately discover the charming open living and dining space. Start the day by whipping up breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and high-end appliances before eating together at the 8-person dining room table with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Unwind from the day’s activities in front of the 55†TV on plush furnishings bathed in natural light. Or, step through the French doors to access a small private patio with seating for 4, where guests can enjoy a nightcap while overlooking the tranquil pond at sunset. At the front of the house is an expansive guest bedroom with a king bed and an attached living space and kitchen, perfect for those who desire a bit more privacy and extra room. Down the hall is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a third guest bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed. The primary bedroom in this home includes a king bed and a private bathroom with a separate shower and tub. All the bedrooms have a wall-mounted TV. The house was beautiful. Door code did not work when we first arrived and we had to call. Pool was closed all week until Friday. No one notified me of this prior to arrival. This was disappointing to the kids. The pool was one of the features that helped us decide on this property. When we called about it they had no information on when it would be fixed. Other than those 2 issues it was wonderful. The house is extremely spacious, the golf cart is a life saving feature. The leave welcome starting gifts in the bathrooms and kitchens.

Great location! Walking distance to the beach and neighborhood shops but also has a golf cart! The extra refrigerator and dish washer came in handy!

House was beautiful just like pictures online. Loved having golf cart for beach and pool. Really enjoyed trip and only complaint is not much cell service.
