About this house rental
This family-friendly home is 1600 sq feet with a spacious ambiance and vaulted ceilings. Located in a country style neighborhood, yet close to shopping, restaurants and activities. It has a Modern kitchen with marble counter-tops and tile floors in an open layout which looks out into the Den. It is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, etc as well as a snack basket and coffee for you to enjoy. The bedrooms are carpeted for a softer relaxing environment. The private in-ground pool in the backyard is surrounded by a patio and fully screened in. It transitions from 3'to 5' at the deepest. The patio surrounding the pool has plenty of outdoor seating and barbecue space. Help yourself to the pool floaties!
Head to Blue Springs State Park to see the Manatees, swim when they're not there, and do some kayaking.
At Daytona you can visit the beach and boardwalk, take a tour of dolphin sightings, zipline, and mini-golf before getting a crab dinner.
Diving adventures can be found 15-30 minutes, north or south.

This was the perfect answer to our family's much needed 'stay-cation'. (We live locally). The home is very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is moderately busy (traffic) during the day but was very quiet at night. We all very much enjoyed the pool. The host (Rose) was very patient and responsive to my many questions. The King size bed is indeed a platform bed that I needed a step stool to get into. The entrance step to the house seems a little higher than normal as well. Someone that was not mobility limited probably would not notice the height. The overall space was definitely set up with families in mind and was very comfortable. The snacks and other little 'extras' were a sweet touch. I would definitely book this place again.

We enjoyed our weekend at your lovely pool home and hope to do it again whenever we're in town visiting family.Having spent the previous 20 years in local hotels whenever we came in to town, I can't believe we didn't look at this option decades ago. Thanks again and we will see you again soon!

We stayed for two nights. The beach house is very comfortable and well decorated. We loved the rocking chairs out front. Had a small issue with the ac but the owners had the issue checked out very promptly and then did a follow up. Overall we were happy with our stay. The bed in the master room was comfy as well.
