"The Gros district is just across the River from the noisier old town. There are good restaurants, the beach and surf are on this side, and it’s nearer to Pasaia. The property has an elevator!"

Excellent location, property was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was also very helpful.
The lift is small if you are bringing lots of luggage and a buggy.

Great location
The lift is horrible, way too small and broke down while we were inside it
