La propreté et l’emplacement. La maison est moderne à l’intérieur et tous les équipements sont mis à disposition notamment dans la cuisine :)
L’insonorisation (on entend le bruit des voisins en haut)

El piso es excelente, muy grande y acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario para quedarte unos días, muy cerca del monte san michel, el pueblecito donde está ubicado merece la pena hacerle una visita.
Es un poco ruidoso al estar en la carretera, el paso de los camiones y coches se escucha, sobre todo si tienes que dejar las ventanas abiertas por el calor.

Описание соответствует, чисто, все необходимое есть, в нашем распоряжении был весь 1-й этаж дома. удобно расположен для посещения Мон-Сан-Мишель, нет проблем с парковкой.
постельное белье надо бы заменить. Для меня матрас немного жесткий, но это наверно личное предпочтение.
