Spacious enough for us with 1 kid. Location is a bit far from station but still near convenient store and the yamato delivery service.
The heater for shower and faucet where hot and cold is inconsistent.
and the key access where you need to enter pin then use key again for opening. But this isn’t affect overall satisfaction. Still good

Great location. Just a short walk to the station. Room was spacious with great accommodations. The neighbourhood was nice and calm too.

・駅から徒歩10分ほどで、道中も飲食店やコンビニなど周辺施設も充実していた。
・部屋の大きさも2人で泊まるにはちょうど良く、大きな不便はありませんでした。
・延長コードが3本あるのは非常に助かりました！
・部屋の天井に何箇所か蜘蛛の巣があったので、掃除が気になった。
・一部の携帯キャリアの電波が弱く、部屋のWi-Fiに繋がないとまともに通信できなかった
・用意されていたタオルの匂いが少し気になる（生乾き臭ではない）
・洗濯カゴ、室内で洗濯物を干すためのラック、寝室用のゴミ箱などがあればもっと良かった
・上階の方のマナーが悪い（深夜に話しながら音を立てて階段を何回も上り下り、玄関付近で談笑、楽器の音、歌声などがこちらの寝室にまで聞こえ、宿泊初日に文句を言いそうになった。）
・備品のタブレットは何用だったのでしょうか。充電もされておらず、説明書きもなかった。
