Добре климатизиран, чисто, подреден с вкус и домашен уют. Предоставено е всичко необходимо - нова ютия, дъска за гладене, сешоар, чехли, хавлии с прекрасно качество. В близост, на десет минути има пазар и хипермаркети. Тих квартал, ухаещ на липа. Любезна домакиня.
Намира се на пети етаж и няма асансьор, но останалото компенсира това неудобство.

Леглото беше ужасно неудобно, имаше мухъл по външната стена и влагоабсорбатора трябваше да работи непрекъснато. Прозорчето с комарника беше много малко, няма аспирация в банята и хлебарките си ходеха насам-натам.
