Excellent location — close to the city center, landmarks, shops, and restaurants. Nice urban view from the balcony. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Very good value for money overall.

The walls are very thin, so noise from neighbors was clearly audible. My wife even woke up during the night because of it. The bedroom lacked bedside tables and bedside lamps, which made it less comfortable. The bedroom is quite small and offers almost no storage space. The wardrobe visible in the listing photos was locked with a padlock and unavailable for guests, which felt somewhat misleading. There was only a clothing rail available. The apartment is rather dark and looks cozier in the photos than in reality. I could not get the air conditioning to work (although it was not a major issue since the weather was not too hot — perhaps it was just the remote batteries). The kitchen could include more basic supplies - there was not even any cooking oil available. In general, essentials such as coffee, tea, shower gel, or shampoo were provided at a lower standard than in most apartments I usually book. The electric stove heated up very slowly. For people used to induction or gas cooking, this can be quite inconvenient, especially if you cook often.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Roula verlief unkompliziert über WhatsApp auf Englisch, und alles lief reibungslos. Wir hatten die Wohnung für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind gebucht; das ausklappbare Sofa wurde auf unseren Wunsch bereits als Bett vorbereitet und war für unser Kind völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt in der Nähe des Galeriusbogens, sodass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Auch als kein Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine vorhanden war, hat Roula sich sofort darum gekümmert, was wir sehr aufmerksam fanden. Wegen unseres späten Abflugs durften wir unsere Koffer noch in einem flurähnlichen Bereich lassen und kurz vor dem Flug abholen. Roula hat alle unsere Anliegen zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst.

Prinzipiell hat uns alles gefallen. Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden in einer anderen Wohnung kleinere Reparaturarbeiten statt, wodurch die Geräuschkulisse an einem Tag etwas höher war als sonst. Uns hat das jedoch nicht gestört, da es nur zu normalen Tageszeiten war, nicht morgens oder abends während der Schlafenszeit, und wir tagsüber ohnehin kaum in der Wohnung waren.

Good location, central enough but tucked away. The bus station to/from the airport is 5 min. away. The flat is spacious for 1 or 2 people and looks nice. The mattress is hard but it was fine for me. The owner/manager was friendly and helpful at first (until I complained about the noise).

Walls are paper-thin so you can hear everything the neighbours do and say, and they were talking loudly until 3 am, even hammering at 2.30 am. When I complained to the owner/manager about the noise, she said that I should complain to the neighbours or call the police. The flat was cold and damp, there was no heating and the air-conditioning didn't work. There was no soap when I arrived, no coffee, tea, sugar or salt, so I had to ask the owner/manager to provide them. The shower shelf in the picture is not there. It also lacks a nightstand and a bedside lamp. There is not enough clothes storage room and the only mirror is in the bathroom, which is an easy fix.

es gab im Vorfeld eine klare Beschreibung, wie man in die Wohnung gelangt; obwohl wir erst in der Nacht ankamen, hat sich der Vermieter erkundigt, ob alles geklappt hat und auch für den Aufenthalt Unterstützung angeboten. Die Wohnung war super sauber und die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Lage ist zentral und dennoch ruhig. WLAN funktionierte sofort.

Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, es war nur ein Tuch zum Spülen von Geschirr da, Handtücher zum Abtrocknen fehlten. Es gab keine Weingläser - wir haben also 2 gekauft.
