Jó elhelyezkedésű, könnyen megközelíthető szállás. A lepukkant lépcsőházhoz képest szépen felújított, tágas lakás. Háztartási gépekkel remekül felszerelt. A tea és a kávé nagyon jól esett! Az ágy kényelmes, és minden szép tiszta. Ár- érték arányban nagyon korrekt.
A konyhaasztal nagyon ingatag, a fürdőben egy fiók eleje és a hálóban egy szekrény hátulja elkezdett leválni. A szobában a mennyezeti világítás gyenge és kék színű, még jó, hogy van egy állólámpa.

Alig volt két egyforma tányér. A fürdőszobában lóg a mosdó alatti szekrény fiókja.
