The accommodation was exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable with good facilities such as a much needed fan. The shared areas were excellent with an amazingly large amount of toiletries, breakfast food and cooking utensils available to use. The lounge was very comfortable with a large, easy to operate television. The garden area was a very cool space to sit in on two very hot July days.
Having cameras inside the property filming you as you entered the property felt a bit off putting and the large amount of rules could be seen as rather austere.

Facilities great. Bed comfortable. Area lovely nice compared to my busy city. Locals very friendly. Owner let me in 11pm when got back from Festival State Fayre. 2.9 miles but a lovely casual walk. Google maps helps too.
The shower was amazing. Twin with two hand held or hooked up shower heads. Middle main shower head. Even side jets either side. I had a shower when I got there and one in the morning. Huge selection of shower gels, shampoo, Lynx spray even a toothbrush and paste.
Breakfast self service had a HUGE selection. I chose crumpets and cereal bar with coffee and fruity Fanta. There were even things like pasta n sauce, pot noodle, baked beans, cereals, toast... the list goes on!
Everything has signage in case you are struggling with how to use something.
Value for money for sure!
My only nemesis was the front door as would not open as it should from the outside with my key. Owner had to let me back in via RING bell camera.
Had to leave motorcycle in front of house and camera as would not fit inside narrow gate to go round back of house. So bring your locks!

Everything was clean and pristine. The room was already set up and the kitchen and washrooms seemed spotless.
It is a bit far from the station, especially if you don’t have a car. Also, I understand that this is a contactless sort of Bed and Breakfast, but the whole set up reminded me of the castle from Beauty and the Beast. I knew the hosts were probably on the premises, watching via the cameras placed all around.
