Peaceful and easy to find. Amazing view of Mount KK and the river behind the river is so so nice.wish we could walk into the river

The double decker bed creaks so loud, very distracting at night whenever someone moves. maybe can change to triple single bed instead of 2 double decker.

The unbeatable view, you can see Mt Kinabalu from the communal balcony.

The unit is situated next to a river, which unfortunately had a strong smell and murky brown water. We later realized the odor likely comes from the nearby cow farm up the road, which also explains the persistent presence of flies, especially in the mornings and afternoons. The property is located right by a main road that leads to the farm, and it sits on a steep incline. As a result, there’s frequent noise from cars and motorcycles struggling up the hill. Two of the bedrooms are positioned directly next to the road, and the traffic noise significantly affects these rooms—from early morning until late at night. If you have elderly, possibly not suitable for them.
