Perfect for our needs

Everything was extremely clean and comfortable-great little kitchen, very small pool for a quick refresh! Great for our 2 night stay. Close to plenty of food options and a quick walk down to the beach. Firm but comfortable bed.

We had booked a One bedroom with pool view but we had no view of the pool-we were tucked away behind.

Thoroughly enjoyed staff were fantastic and area was nice and quiet.

Breakfast was not available however there are plenty of places to eat a very short walk away. Location was fantastic. Close to beach and many restaurants .

There needs to be some maintenance on the apartment i was in as there is a leak in the roof and bad case of rising damp in the toilet area especially near the skylight>. Note to owner that maybe when building these apartments maybe use non slip tiles in the bathroom/shower recesses. That is just a constructive criticism not a complaint.

Lovely hotel, good location

The hotel was nice, the pool was very small however which didn’t see it from the photos. The hotel was very clean and in a great location for the beach. We booked it last minute and it was still great value for the hotel

The pool was very small and more for decoration than use. Would have been useful to know when the reception was open / closed to ask questions.

Disappointing because of the sofa/ couch plus the bed and bathroom in apartment 7.

Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff.

Furniture (couch) needs to be replaced in both rooms we occupied as they’ve collapsed. We asked to move to another room as the original allocated room was terrible. The bed and sofa old and uncomfortable. The room we moved to was better but again the couch/sofa needs replacing.

A lovely relaxing stay at Emerald Apartments which are centrally located in Sanur,

Location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and nice and provided everything we needed. We asked for a ground floor room and got the room right by the pool which was perfect.

Location great but would only stay if could get the room with the balcony or a villa.

The location was very good for getting to Sanur Beach and the main town section. The reception staff were very helpful and advised us to book a 1 bedroom villa next time as realized we were very disappointed. We booked a Deluxe Queen Studio. Fine for an overnight stop maybe.

We were mislead in the advertising of an apartment. The pictures shown are all for bigger suites and locations on the beach do not come with Emerald apartments. A room with the basic facilities and very little of what was advertised. No balcony. Not serviced every day. The pool was v small. Nothing like in the pictures. But we got what we paid for.

Wonderful

There was no breakfast available so we brought some plates etc to have cereal. We spoke to the manager on leaving and she said if we book the rooms with the kitchen next time it would be better....and we will! The location was 80m from the main road and a million places to eat a good breakfast. A 5 minute walk to the beach front walk and a million more good restaurants. 20m from the gate was a fantastic local laundry that cleaned ironed and folded our gear for a few dollars. Taxis were always available at the end of our street. USE My Bluebird........always have a meter, cheap and did not try to cheat us ever unlike some cabs last time. I absolutely recommend them and we will only use them.

Good location 3 mins walk to Main Street. Excellent room, very clean, plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, lovely comfy bed with two soft pillows, bath towels hand towels flannel and pool towels. Tea and coffee making . Lovely staff. Security on the gate. Stayed four nights.

Not really anywhere to dry wet pool stuff. No clothes rack or outside balcony.

Great location in Sanur

The location of the accommodation is great, with loads of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep - and it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach. All of the staff were lovely, and it felt very safe with 24/7 security guards.

Neither the bedroom nor the bathroom had external windows, so the apartment was quite damp. The bathroom drains also smelled bad, which made the rest of the apartment smell (due to being in the middle of the bedroom and kitchen/living area). The bedroom did have an extractor fan, which helped a little, but was very loud and left an opening to the outside for mosquitos to get in. Also, the pool was tiny, so it was not great for swimming.

It's quiet, good mattress. Staff is helpfull. Good parking area.

It is not an apartment; just a (big) room, very misleading! Garden view means you look (from a high placed window) at banana leaves. No balcony, internet is very slow or not working at all.

Comfortable apartment equipped with all you might require during your short stay.

The common swimming pool is on the smaller scale but we had it for ourselves so it wasn’t a problem. However, could be with more than few people.

いつもはヴィラですが今回初めて夫婦でアパートメントに宿泊しました。必要なものがコンパクトにまとまっていてよかったです。相変わらずスタッフは笑顔で親切です。おかげさまでとてもリラックスできましたありがとう。

とても清潔なのに洗面所の匂いがありました。キッチンは全く臭わないので両方のシンク下を見たところ、洗面所の排水管にトラップが無くて、直接臭いが上がってきていたようです。これは清掃の問題ではなくて、工事の問題ですね。

Przechodzenie przez łazienkę do pokoi, bo aby skorzystać z łazienki a druga osoba chciałaby przejść z pokoju do pokojo-salonu to trzeba było czekać lub wychodzić wyjściem bocznym na hol hotelu.

Хороший, просторный номер. Коридор не проходной, достаточно тихо (хотя двери тонкие и хлипкие). Просторная отдельная спальня. Гостиная совмещена с кухонной зоной. Гостиная тоже большая, но из-за мебели места уже не так много. На кухне есть полный комплект посуды. Можно готовить завтраки и даже больше. Есть балкон, но выходит на дорогу. Соответственно не было желания им пользоваться. Персонал супер. Отзывчив. Часто убирались. Воду давали в избытке, даже не приходилось покупать. Молодцы!

Из минусов могу отметить следующее. 1. Вода - долго приходилось ждать горячей воды. Или далеко от номера находится котел или проточный водонагреватель не справлялся с задачей. Но факт - чтобы дождаться горячей воды приходилось минут по 5 сливать воду. 2. Канализация - трубы были подзабиты, поэтому плохо уходила вода во всем номере. Но не жаловались на это. 3. Бассейн - номинальный. Меленький, размещен в углу у дороги и КПП. Таким образом желания там находится не было совсем. Хотя повод был (порой на пляже был ветер или не было воды (отливы)). В остальном - нареканий нет.
