Great location, breakfast was great. Super lovely staff. Fabulous value for money, being right in the centre of Ubud.

I didn't know beforehand that there was construction all around the accommodation. That is not the fault of the staff. There is always construction in and around Ubud. The construction noise or the workers were no problem at all - always a good morning smile.

Group getaway in Ubud

Basic but delicious breakfast options served each day at a time of our choosing. Comfortable beds. The bathrooms require various items of maintenance but the rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We were a group of 4 over 4 rooms. Great easy walking area of Ubud close to ample restaurants.

Fantastic clean hotel in central location!

The location is next door to yoga barn’s back entrance so perfect for yogis like me! Also really close to all Ubuds restaurants and shops. The staff are super friendly and welcoming - the breakfast options excellent. It is a small hotel with only 6 rooms but has a small pool, so everything you need for a comfortable stay. Yes there is building work next door…which you have to pass to get to the hotel. But this didn’t bother me at all and they are offering great rates at the moment because of this.

Hidden gem

Great, spacious and modern accommodation in the centre of Ubud. Staff were lovely and so welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and extended our duration because of how lovely it was. Don’t let the building works or walk to front door put you off.

Lovely but noisy while construction is underway.

Such a lovely little hotel to stay in. The staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I had planned to spend a lot of time by the pool reading by book, but construction on two nearby properties made it uncomfortably loud.

A safe haven in the middle of the crazy city center

A home away from home. I stayed here in parts altogether for around 3 weeks. The rooms are clean, the location is superb and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. I always felt welcome and warm, and I’ll probably stay here again during my next visit to Ubud.

The construction site is loud and annoying, there’s no way around it. But I could live with it, and compared to all the other problems I encountered at other accommodations, this was a minor problem. During my time in the hotel I stayed in three different rooms, and although in theory they are exactly the same, in reality others are in way better condition than others, so the comfort of the stay depends also on the room which one is lucky or unlucky enough to get.

Great location and good value for money

The bed was super cosy and comfortable, I had a great nights sleep. The location was great, close to art galleries, yoga studios, monkey forest and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool area was still being worked on, and there was construction going on all around, so it’s not the most relaxing environment for a swim or to stay during the day. But if you’re just there to sleep and explore during the day it’s perfect.

Agréable, confortable et central

Le logement est très bien situé, dans le centre-ville, près de commerces et restaurants, sans souffrir du bruit de la rue, car légèrement en retrait. L'accueil et le personnel sont très sympathique. La chambre est grande avec un beau balcon. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité..

Le logement est entouré de deux chantiers de construction qui travaillent 7 jours sur 7. Le bruit n'est pas tellement le problème car il n'est pas permanent (et l'établissement m'avait prévenue), mais c'est surtout l'accès à l'établissement qui est délicat car il faut emprunter un passage étroit, souvent plein de boue et de matériel de chantier.

Die Lage, die Freundlichkeit des Personals , das Frühstück und Preis/ Leistung waren hervorragend, lediglich der Zugang durch eine Baustelle lässt nicht vermuten, dass sich dahinter überhaupt etwas verbirgt und kleine Renovierungsarbeiten wären von Vorteil, aber wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!!

Ingresso nascosto e poco incoraggiante, purtruppo di fianco alla struttura c'e un cantiere, il che causa rumore di prima mattina. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio lavanderia e i panni ci sono stati restituiti umidi.

Bien situé mais des choses à revoir

Literie confortable. Logement bien situé au centre d’Ubud.

Chambre non conforme à notre réservation, très faible pression de l’eau dans la douche à notre arrivée qui a été cependant résolue rapidement. La piscine était très trouble et nous avons dû demandé à la nettoyer ce qui a été fait… Petit déjeuner à commander la veille, et service assez long le matin, près de 45min pour être servis.
