Perfect location with park view and internal garden, beautiful flat with quiet and nice area, free parking. I loved the very clean and authentic, stylish furnishing. Fully equipped. Close to my workplace. I loved the building and the garden.
I missed the elevator, but it was not critical. Parking is difficult in the evening as there is no free space. The bed could be a bit softer.

Nettes kleine Apartment mit erstaunlich viel Platz bei der Größe. Eine Nutzung des Gartens ist möglich und wenn nicht gerade, wie bei uns Winter ist, kann man in der Gartenlaube mit dem dort vorhandenem Wasserwärmer Tee machen. Das Haus ist ein wundervolles, geschmackvoll renoviertes Jugendstilhaus!

Hezké ubytování v nově a vkusně rekonstruovaném prostorném bytě. Ulice u domu je slepá, takže provoz není prakticky slyšet, místo k zaparkování se vždy našlo. Majitelka v případě dotazu/problému reagovala velmi promptně se snahou o okamžité vyřešení. Oceňuji krásnou zahradu a možnost posezení a relaxace včetně možnosti uvařit si kávu v letní kuchyni.
Kuchyně by si zasloužila dovybavit (hrníčky na čaj, topinkovač, ideálně kávovar). Je k dispozici myčka, ale žádné kapsle. V myčce bylo neumyté nádobí po předchozím nájemníkovi. Na toaletu i do koupelny by to chtělo namontovat nějaké věšáčky na ručníky. Do centra města cca 15 minut rychlé chůze.
