Modern Downtown apartment + FREE parking

> We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was impeccably clean, fresh, and exceptionally well-equipped. We especially appreciated the excellent heating, which kept the space comfortably warm during our late November visit. > The location is ideal, situated right in the city center. This made it perfect for us, as we were within easy walking distance of all the city’s most interesting places and attractions. > The hosts, Kostas and his wife, were incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, particularly while traveling with a baby. > The amenities were outstanding. The kitchen is fully functional, allowing for easy meal preparation, and the addition of a Nespresso machine was a delightful surprise. The unit also includes a washer/dryer, iron, and cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop). The bed was truly comfortable, and the effective blackout curtains ensured a perfect, undisturbed sleep. > With a spacious closet and essentials like a night lamp, the apartment genuinely provided a true home-away-from-home experience. The dedicated parking spot (a short 150-meter walk away) was a significant convenience. > Highly recommended. Thank you very much for your outstanding hospitality.

As expected for a city center location, there was some ambient city noise, but this is a minor trade-off given the unparalleled convenience and walking access to all major attractions.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι καθαρό και άνετο με πολλές παροχές. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντα στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το πάρκινκ είναι άνετο σε κοντινή απόσταση από το διαμέρισμα. Ο Κος Κωστας είναι πολυ εξυπηρετικός και παρέχει αρκετές πληροφορίες για την διαμονή στην Λάρισα.

The property was in great location, the owner sent the recommendations around the area, also left some water and juices for the kids. The owner was very friendly, the apartment has all necessary stuff for comfy stay, internet speed was perfect. Thanks!

Great location and super clean

Misleading description letting guests expect that the apartment has two separate rooms: 1 bedroom and 1 living room. This is totally unacceptable. Also frequently there's a cigarette's odour coming most probably from the air-conditioning
