Infinity View luxury beachfront apartment

A top quality property with stunning views and pools. Top level appliances in the property, and generally premium quality. Basic equipment available and one practical underground parking place was provided.

We had 3 instances of the AC stopped cooling and hot air coming from the vents even though all controls were correct. Advised the property at 20:30 but they do not attend after 20:00 hours. Responded that the unit was checked and no faults. The failure self-corrected, i.e. started to cool again after a few hours. However this occurred two more times. I was disapointed that they did not send anyone to check the temporary but repeated failure to cool, even though I fully documented the failure with video and thermometer. I have property for rent myself, and would have gone or sent someone to revise. Going to the beach walking is rather impractical i.e. long walk and steep climb/descend. The property has nice views and is quite elevated but is not beach front.

Ell apartamento y las instalaciones son estupendos. Las piscinas tanto de los niños como adultos son increíbles, nuestro niño disfrutó muchísimo. Las camas son cómodas. La terraza es muy amplia y con vistas al mar y piscinas. Hay gel en las duchas y cafetera con algunas cápsulas de cortesía. El parking incluido en el precio también está muy bien, tiene acceso en ascensor al apartamento.

Que la secadora no funcionara, poco papel higiénico. Nos dijeron que la cafetera era Dolce Gusto y luego era Nespresso, con lo que las cápsulas que llevamos no nos sirvieron. El camino a la playa es pesado (sobre todo para subir). A pesar del ascensor para acceder al paseo, después hay mucho tramo de escaleras muy inclinado, más si tienes que cargar con un niño y con bártulos.

Maintenance, cleaning and some furnishings very far from 'luxurious', loud construction works right next door (not the owner's fault but be aware), terrace gets no sun at all (great in summer, not so much in April)
