Large, open kitchen 33 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, cooking island) with dining table, satellite TV and digital TV (flat screen), radio and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Heating, underfloor heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower, sep. WC, Sauna. Heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) open sleeping alcove with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 90 - 200 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors. Large terrace 82 m2, lawn 300 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6), sitting area. Very beautiful view of the lake and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, sauna. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 200 l. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
