Willa Pod Brzeźnikiem

Spędziliśmy w tej willi pod Brzeźnikiem naprawdę wspaniały czas razem z przyjaciółmi. Miejsce jest piękne, spokojne, a widok na Śnieżkę robi ogromne wrażenie. Warunki są świetne, a dodatkowe atrakcje jak stół do billarda czy cymbergaj sprawiają, że nie ma szans na nudę. Gospodarz bardzo gościnny, pomocny, a jednocześnie daje pełną swobodę i dyskrecję, dzięki czemu można się tam poczuć naprawdę swobodnie. Ogromnym urokiem tego miejsca są też jego mieszkańcy – cudowna sunia Bella (owczarek środkowoazjatycki) oraz sympatyczny kucyk Kubuś. Naprawdę cudowne miejsce. Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócimy

Great hospitality by the host. Really appreciate the openess and kindness. The family story behind adds another layer to the attractiveness of this place. The home itself is really large, so for a group of 14 people it fits really well. Good amenities, spacious garden with an orchard, playground and a small horse stable. Absolutely stunning view at Śnieżka. We were group of 14 party oriented people and the place worked really well in our case. I believe for more calm and family-like groups it will be even better.

There is a very strict rule about silence outside past 10PM - apparently residents of the house at the neighbouring plot are super sensitive about it. It was a bit stressful factor during our stay plus it also limits the outside activities at night, so please be mindful of that if coming during the warm nights season. But on the other hand there are no restrictions on the noise levels inside the house, so that's the good compensation. Second thing is that there might be some personnel during day and night at the separated part of the house, so this might be a bit weird. But again a flipside, if you are cool about it the personnel is cool about it as well and in our case it was totally nondisturbing.
