Joseph, Adeline & Nous (Gîte au coeur du vignoble)

The house is absolutely beautiful. We were traveling as a family with 5 adults, 2 children and a baby. The house was spacious for our group. There were accommodations for the baby like a cot, changing table and high chair. The house is located in a cute village in the middle of the vineyards. There is plenty to do in the neighborhood. Both the adults and children had a great time. You do need a car to get around. Would definitely stay here again. (Already send pictures of the house to friends, who are all excited about a weekend getaway.)

We were there during a heatwave (extreme weather for the region). There is no air-conditioning, but the windows have shutters, the walls are thick and there are really good fans in every room, so although still warm we were comfortable in the house. Having air-conditioning in a temperature record shattering heatwave would have been nice... But as the inside temperature was still ok with the fan on , I can't imagine this being an issue the other 51 weeks a year.

We had a wonderful vacation at the house. It’s located right in the heart of town, yet it’s still quiet. It’s been renovated with great care, taste, and high-quality materials. In terms of equipment, it’s certainly one of the best vacation homes we’ve ever rented. There was plenty of space for 8 people. Under the roof, there’s even an extra living room with a couch, TV, and a large play area for younger children. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and received a fresh cake and a bottle of local wine as a welcome gift. There is plenty to see in the area for a week-long stay—from wine tastings in town (highly recommended) to hiking or visiting the spa in the neighboring town. Communication with the hosts was very pleasant, and we received prompt responses to any questions we had. We would come back anytime.

There is a walled patio in the courtyard at the back of the building, but no garden. You could park two cars on the property, but it was a bit tight (for larger cars) since the driveway to the garages had to remain clear. That didn't bother us, because there was almost always a public parking spot available for the second car directly in front of the house.

Una casa grande, llena de detalles, excelente localización. Limpia, preparada para un grupo grande. Magnífica calefacción.

Nos gustó todo

Absolutamente todo. A destacar la limpieza de toda la casa y enseres y el equipamiento de la cocina. Los propietarios siempre atentos a facilitar la experiencia. La ubicación es ideal para visitar la zona teniendo coche. Sin lugar a dudas, una casa de la que todo el mundo saldrá satisfecho.

Por poner algo, la velocidad del WIFI podría ser algo mejor, aunque no era un gran inconveniente.
