Gostei da casa, bem nova com utensilios novos. Perto do que precisa. Colchoes bons e varanda boa para um churrasco com amigos.

Infelizmente é perto de uma academia que com o Som insurdesedor tem aulas ate as 21:00 e inicia as 6:00 com barulhos insuportáveis. De resto estava OK.
