We booked this property for one night having immediate approval, the funds were withdrawn straight away with no refundable cancellation. The appartment had a high reputation - 8.5. The host called by phone and said this appartment is avalaible for more than 2 nights only. I contacted booking.com support and after negociations I finally checked in. The apartment was dirty, the bed linen had a hair elastic left by previous inhabitants and dirty spots. We found ear sticks on the furniture in the bed room, some garbage, hair in the bathroom. If the apartment was not ready the host could cancel my booking but the host didnt proposed that instead we had to have this unpleasant stay. During a low season there are plenty of proposals in this region that are much better than this one.
