The location, cleanliness and facilities. Air con.
Did not have a lift to help with luggage up and down stairs, there was a drainage smell 2 evenings when we came home later which was bad. Would have better to have been going Ben 2 keys for our party as we had to manage this with who was going out and staying in.

Het was er behoorlijk vochtig, kan door de vele regenval komen geen idee, maar het was niet fijn dat je kleren, dekbed enz. Vochtig bleven

We have stayed here before it is in a great location close to restaurants and near all Nerja has to offer. It is well equipped lots of pans etc and clean. Beds are comfortable and the bedrooms have lots of storage. Easy check in at the hotel across the road.. would stay here again We went with family and the 2 bathrooms was great we were able to have a bathroom for ourselves.
There was a smell of drains in the kitchen not all of the time but this didn't last long and disappeared once the kitchen window was opened it would not stop us staying again 😀
