The apartment was incredible. The owner was extremely responsive and assisted us whenever needed without hesitation. The place was very well maintained.

The apartment was small but nicely equipped. The location is perfect if you need to catch the airport bus but also for exploring the center. Communication was through WhatsApp messages, so very easy if you have mobile data in Albania and somewhat limited to your WiFi availability if you don't.
They will charge you an extra "cleaning fee" that you will only be told about one day before your check-in and since you can't cancel the booking you will be forced to pay it. The fee was quite high, too (1/3 of the total amount we paid) and had we known about it, we would have booked somewhere else since this is a way to scam tourists! This is the only that we were confronted with hidden fees like that in all of our trip in Albania and we were really disappointed that PikHost is taking advantage of its customers like that.
