Liberty Carriage - Downtown, Parking

Location was close enough to walk everywhere downtown. Size was fine. It's small, but it's Savannah. It was mostly clean. Strong smell of bleach when we arrived.

Kitchen could use some more items. Mugs are enamel, so they can't go in the microwave. Only one wine glass. No way to heat up water for the French press or for tea other than the pot on the stove. The trash bins block the gate to the stairs, so you have to brush by them to go in and out. This was a little gross. The management company never responded to messages on booking.com. I think they are new to the platform. Nothing was critical or we would have called them directly. The parking information sent was a little confusing, but you can park for free on nearby streets as long as it's not in a parking spot with a number (which requires paying at the kiosks). Pay attention to the signs for weekly street cleaning.

We were so close to the city center. Everything was within walking distance.

No parking at this location until after 5 pm, but it was only a minor inconvenience. You really have to buy a daily parking pass.
