Clean, neat, towels good quality, sheets excellent, heaters in rooms were ok. Excellent water pressure in shower, modern bathroom. Quiet location. Furniture was comfortable. Very cosy. Excellent host. Nice to deal with the owner. Accommodated request for earlier check in and offered later check out. Close to Alba.
The bedroom blinds didn’t cover the windows completely. I prefer total block out. Meant we all woke earlier than we wanted to on our holiday. Tv only streamed a few options. Tvs these days should offer all streaming channels.

the house was very clean and cosy. We had everything we needed for a 2 night stay, close to Blairgowrie shops and back beaches.
