The room is clean, had extra sheets, vacuum is available. I love how there’s no noise from other units. Balcony hanging clothes is very useful. There’s a separate room for toilet and bath.

Self check-in property with no staff on site. Unfortunately, I was never sent the access code to enter the building. I arrived about 45 minutes before check-in, in the cold with my suitcase, and was only able to get inside thanks to another guest. The apartment was already ready, so I entered. Shortly after, I was contacted and asked to leave for 30–45 minutes and wait outside, or to pay a 5,000 yen early check-in fee — which is essentially the price of a full night, for less than an hour early, and with a check-in time already set quite late at 16:00. That amount was specified NOWHERE prior booking, they could have invented any amount. Despite apologizing and explaining the situation, they continued insisting — and even followed up multiple times, including weeks after my stay. I found this approach excessive and quite unreasonable. I also made it clear I would only handle any dispute through the booking platform, not via external payment requests. Which of course they wouldn’t proceed. Overall, a very disappointing way to treat guests. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not working properly during my stay.
