BAAN OZONE

Very clean, very spacious. Very comfortable bed. Full amenities in a house. Owner responded rapidly. Able to park our car in the car porch. Good location.

The housekeeper (not the Owner) was late and hinted to us to give her tips, when she has done nothing to deserve a tip.

rumah ni sangat besar....cukup untuk 7-8 orang.... rumah sangat besar..ada 3 bilik....semua kelengkapan cukup.... Netflix, YouTube tv semua ada .. tapi ingat kat thai ni kalau dia tulis untuk 7 orang..and then ko tbah sorang...ko kena bayar ya ...300 bath...n deposit 1000 bath....tapi senangla nak berkomunikasi....dapur semua lengkap..cuma ada kemusykilan bau busuk dr tandas..kdg ada ..kdg hilang..klu korang ok x d halla...mesin basuh x d ya ..satu lagi derang ada letak tempat sembahyang kecik je kat atas bilik..maybe bau la sikit...tapi bg saya x ganggu pun...saya mmg dtg..saja nak try untuk stay homestay...stay hotel ...semua nak try...owner pun ok x masuk campur sgt hal rumah..sbb ada bibik yg kemaskan...saya sewa rm300+ lebih sikit..okla untuk 8 orang...

bau tandas...kena perbaiki....tu je kdg2 bau tak menyenangkan

Located outside of the main area of the town but it's so easy and cheap to get a grab anywhere that doesn't really matter, the house is in-between two local properties which was very nice as you were welcomed as part of the community. It's a really lovely large house with everything you need and the owner had us delivered a cake on our first morning which was a really nice touch. We only stayed hear for the weekend on the way to Koh Lipe and there was only the two of us but there is plenty of room for a large family.

For some reason there was no quite covers just quilts on our bed and a property of this size it would have been nice to have a washing machine. Just a couple of small point for a fantastic property.

Location is good and very quiet.

1st floor Bathroom water is very small and smelly.
