given wrong 4 digit code for the key box, made life difficult when we arrived

closeness to CBD, zoo, etc. Large bedrooms, general facilities and private parking one street over.
The interior is looking a bit tired, also some instructions on how to use air conditioner, etc would be helpful. Instructions for the car parking was hidden in a drawer and wasn't found until contact was made. Front door needs adjustment as doesn't close securely.

Great location, very receptive host who answered quickly. Easy walk into CBD and lots of eateries nearby.
Parking - unfortunately street parking is only 1 or 2 hours. They did provide a pass for secure parking in a nearby street.
