Great location! Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants/shops.

Building work was going on downstairs - noisy Tv was difficult to navigate Hot water went out couldn’t shower or wash up had to call someone to look into it. Got hot water after about 3hours. Lugging suitcases upstairs wasn’t great but once in was worth it. Rubbish from previous travellers were still in the bins under the sink plus recycling. It was a bit smelly.

Great layout, loved access to streaming services on TV especially with kids. Clean, modern, homely and amazing views from the balcony. I was able to use the booking.com app last minute to organise a few hours early check in which was amazing and I was really greatful for.

The driveway was really narrow and stressful to get up with a hire car as it was hard to avoid touching plants as you drove up and we didn't want to scratch the hire car. On street parking wasn't something we wanted to do for the same reason, plus it was a bit of a treck with 2 kids and everything that goes with them. Also it would be good to make it really clear that there's no lift, stairs really dangerous for little kids. The neighbour has a vehicle parked in the allocated parking which isn't running. We were able to figure out out who he was and he happily gave up his usual spot and parked on the street. Also there was partying next door on the weekend which scared 3 year old (and in general was very loud and kept us up). The only other thing was that I found the welcome info a bit hard to follow, particularly around the door code and alarm. Would have been good to have it a bit more isolated, maybe in a table for at, bold.. Something.
