La ubicación
El recibimiento , llegamos antes entorno a la 1 de la tarde y teníamos las claves ya , llamamos y no se habría la puerta. Entonces llamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que hasta las 3 no podíamos entrar ni tan si quiera a dejar las maletas, "zero" opciones . Tuvimos que volver al coche a dejar el equipaje .
Cosa contraria nos pasó por la tarde , llamamos para avisar que llegaríamos después de las 10 de la noche , dado que nos fuimos a visitar y nos pillaba retirado y la persona que nos atendió por la tarde nada que ver, seguro que si esa persona nos hubiera recibido por la mañana nos hubiera facilitado todo !!!
Hay que ser más amable y poner las cosas más fáciles ...
