VILLA FELICETTA PICOLA

This place is an absolute hidden gem and one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. The house is sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and everything feels brand new. It's incredibly cozy, comfortable, and so well equipped that I kept joking it has more useful things than my own home! Effie and Theo are wonderful hosts – kind, thoughtful, and always happy to help with recommendations or any information you might need. They genuinely care that you have a great stay. The village is only about 10 km (a 15-minute drive) from the town. It's peaceful and quiet, yet has everything you need: a supermarket, pharmacy, traditional taverna, two bakeries, and gas stations nearby. The biggest bonus, however, is the climate. Because the village sits at a higher elevation, it's several degrees cooler than the coast, especially compared to the hot town. The shaded garden is a lovely place to relax, and the bedroom stays naturally cool, making for incredibly restful sleep. Like many visitors, I initially searched for accommodation right by the sea. Looking back, I'm so glad I found Theo and Effie's house instead. The tranquility and refreshing temperatures made our holiday far more enjoyable and relaxing than staying on the crowded, much hotter coastline ever could. I would return without hesitation.

Felt better than home! Its a hidden 💎 Remarkably clean and tidy, equipped with absolutely everything in terms of amenities and cooking tools. The garden is a work of art and the hosts are very discreet, polite, caring, and helpful. Great fit for a couple or a family of three. The location allows you to drive to Agios Nikitas or the city center within 15'-20'. Nearby you have taverns and a bakery. Looking forward to my next stay here!
