Quarto muito confortável. Tinha todos os utensílios de cozinha, inclusive, Airfry, eu amei.
A noite é um pouco barulhenta, nao sei se tem bares ou shows. Mas no começo da madrugada é barulhenta com músicas altas ao redor do condomínio.

L'appartamento ci è piaciuto molto. La proprietaria Rosa è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Appartamento piccolo, ma con tutti i comfort. Cuociriso, friggitrice ad aria, piano cottura ad induzione con le stoviglie necessarie e bollitore. Il palazzo ha la sicurezza 24h per accedere all'edificio. Posizione centrale e vicina a tutti i servizi come metro e supermercati.
Io lascerei un cambio di asciugamani per soggiorni lunghi. Noi siamo stati una settimana e siccome ha piovuto spesso e la temperatura era bassa gli asciugamani restavano bagnati.

Ótima localização, muito rápido se movimentar até o terminal/metrô ou até mesmo para achar Uber/Táxi. Instalações no condomínio muito boas, academia bem equipada, mercadinho que atende em emergências. O apartamento é um charme e tem tudo o que um viajante individual precisa.
A entrada na portaria é onerosa, fiquei muito tempo esperando em horários noturnos do lado de fora, havendo um método de cadastro temporário atenderia melhor e não deixa a pessoa exposta na rua com bens de valor. Também não há instruções de como usar alguns dos eletrodomésticos, por exemplo como deixar o chuveiro com a água mais quente ou usar o micro-ondas.
