Affordable, quiet location, very accommodating guests who allowed earlier book in.
Cleanliness was a major concern during our stay. The top sheet on the bed was visibly stained (see pic 1), which was unhygienic and unacceptable for guest accommodation. We eventually replaced it with our own flat sheet (pic 2).
The bedside cabinet also had old coffee spills running down the side,(pic 3) which may have contributed to the stain on the bedding. Regardless, stained bedding leaves guests questioning the overall hygiene standards of the apartment.
In addition, the bedding had a strong chemical smell, possibly from cleaning products or insect spray, which made sleeping very uncomfortable and aggravated my asthma to the point where I spent most of the night in the lounge area.
We also noticed cobwebs in the corner above the fridge, which suggests the apartment is not being cleaned thoroughly between guest stays. Overall, the cleanliness and attention to detail did not meet expectations.

We wanted to stay longer.
Andrew was a gem from the first meet .
The bed was exquisite .
The apartment was lovey and had everything we needed.

Would recommend just putting an extra Toilet roll in bathroom
We only had one and needed more the morning

The unit is very spacious, beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean.
Lovely lounge and outdoor area. Peaceful, and conveniently located.

It is absolutely clean and so affordable.
The only little downside is that the bed/mattress is very soft.
