Alloggio molto pulito, ben accessoriato. Soluzione ottima con buon rapporto qualità prezzo. A pianterreno un ristorante pizzeria con piatti calabresi, buona qualità e prezzi medi.
La cucina non è molto ben dotata, ma un pasto si può gestire. L'acqua della doccia non era molto calda.

Das Essen im angeschlossenen Restaurant ist hervorragend. Die Ferienwohnung bietet jeden Komfort mit einem sehr schönen Balkon. Ich konnte problemlos mein Rad abstellen.

La casa vacanza Borgorosso si trova sulla SS 106, all'ingresso di Guardavalle Marina (venendo da Nord). Accanto all'omonimo ristorante, il Borgorosso è vicino al paesino marinaro di Guardavalle, mentre il nucleo storico si trova a circa 15 minuti di auto. Il mare e il lungomare sono raggiungibili facilmente a piedi. Gli appartamenti della struttura sono comodi e spaziosi.
Nulla da recriminare. La struttura ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
