Location is perfect, the building and the apartment are not. Avoid it.
Good location, close to the lifts, supermarket, some restaurants.
The walls are very thin. You basically hear EVERYTHING whats going on in the apartments nearby, and also outside when drunk people start to leave the disco at 3-4am. The apartment is extremely small, max 1 adult.2 would be a stretch. No way the claimed 4 adults would be able to live there and not go crazy after a couple of nights. The amenities are old and not very clean. Don’t forget to arrange bedding, as there is none. If you arrive late, there is a chance you would sleep on a bare (dirty) mattress.

What I needed where and when I needed it.
Location of the apartment was excellent: right across from the main shopping area in Val Thorens. Ski in (if you know where to look for the back door). Well-equipped kitchenette. Facilities in good shape, given that ski area properties often get abused. Reasonable price for two people right in the center of the ski area. (Four people would be terribly crowded).
I had to pay extra for sheets and towels which seems to me to be an anachronism these days. And I had to pay in cash, another anachronism. However the fee wasn't much (15€) and the manager (nice guy) came to the apartment. If I had known that I had to pay in cash ahead of time I would've got the cash before hand.

Top prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Het is allemaal vrij basis maar prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Bedden zijn prima. In de keuken is alles wat je nodig hebt en het balkon in de zon is genieten! Er is best wel een aantal zaken aan vervanging toe in het appartement (tapijt, lampen, douche putje wat niet door loopt) maar gezien de prijs hoor je ons niet klagen
