beautiful apartment with a big pool and loads of facilities like a gym and table tennis. Very central location walkable to restaurants, shops and the beach. The room was so clean and comfortable - it was one of the best beds we have ever slept in! 100% recommend this place.

A great base situated between Kata and Karon beaches. Great communication with the owner providing a very easy check in. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette and the washing machine was a bonus. We used the gym which was perfectly adequate for a work out. Pool area was good with sun beds and umbrellas. Lots of places to eat within short distance.

Just feedback for the owner - some of the sun-beds and umbrellas around the pool were broken and there were some loose panels in the decking which I caught my foot on several times. These need to be addressed with the maintenance contractor for the building before an accident.

Ohhhh the rooftop infinity pool and hot tubs!

It’s more of a condo for rent than a hotel. Not much staff to speak of, but I was able to get checked in and out smoothly

- Die Lage war sehr zentral. Alle Orte sind schnell erreichbar. - gute Ausstattung der Küche, leider jedoch alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. - sehr gemütlich Bett. - Toller, zuvorkommender und zuverlässiger Service der Vermietung über WhatsApp. Wir mussten froher anreisen und haben sogar einen Tag erstattet bekommen. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal! - Im Haus ist ein Gym vorhanden. - Der Pool ist gut mit einer tollen Aussicht. - Check-In funktioniert problemlos zu jeder Uhrzeit nach vorherigem Kontakt über WhatsApp. - Die Waschmaschine ist Goldwert! - Der TV sehr sehr groß, falls darauf jemand Wert legt.

- Die Klimaanlage lies sich nicht richtig einstellen und hat immer weiter runtergeführt bis fast 20Grad. Dazu war Sie dauerhaft sehr laut. - Tagsüber viel Baulärm in der Umgebung. - Es scheinen einige Discotheken direkt nebenan zu sein, so dass die Musik bis spät in die Nacht ins Zimmer schallt. Wir mussten mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen., unteranderem auch wegen der Klimaanlage. - Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. In der Dusche Lage noch alte Seife vom Vormieter. - Das gesamte Objekt wirkt etwas verlassen. - Die Küche ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Jedoch hat alles funktioniert. - Die gesamte Umgebung wird sehr stark von Russen besucht. Dadurch ist der Vibe im Gesamten etwas anders. Muss man mögen. Aber das scheint auch allgemein ein Thema auf Phuket zu sein. Wir würden leider nicht wieder buchen und die Wohnung auch nicht unseren Freunden empfehlen. Alles sicherlich Geschmackssache….unseren hat es jedoch nicht getroffen.
