Very neat

The room was lovely and clean, bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet and calm. Perfect for a layover in the Gatwick airport area, would recommend and book again. Staff were easy to reach and communicate with.

Hot Room. No TV.

I liked the check in and check out process which run smoothly with no human interaction. The property was overall clean when I arrived. Bed is really small with hard mattress but for me was ok. Big Tesco 10 minutes walking distance from the property. Residential area. Heating was on all time. Bathroom very clean overall.

Stairs but only two floors. Consider this if you bring heavy luggage. At night I had to use some earbuds since there was a person snoring next door. Bear in mind that this is a shared property with at least three dormitories. At some point, there was some tiny bit of food on the floor in the kitchen and dirty dishes with no one there but I guess this was accidental and he/she did not realise that something was left behind. Bus number 5 has a bus stop 5 minutes away from the property. I saw the bus when I left the day after. This was not advised by the property and you have to walk 10-15 minutes if you are arriving from Crawley city center. It might not be a regular service.
